Since I started bringing photography into my kitchen a few years ago it has really opened up a new dimension of interest. Cuisine, technique and process are my favorite things to photograph. I work with other cooks and restaurants to capture what goes on between concept and execution, and also to express the passion we share for entertaining and feeding our friends
